RETURN POLICY
Our items are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis; therefore, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
The production of our solid wood items begins upon order confirmation and the receipt of full payment. Once the production process has started, cancellations are no longer feasible. Production will commence only after the funds have been processed.
SHIPPING
Our pieces are shipped with insurance.
Standard shipping includes front-door delivery and excludes white glove service. White glove services can be quoted as an additional service.
For air cargo, our packaging includes two to three layers of protection, including foam-like materials, an intermediate layer as needed, and an external wooden crate that is palletized to ensure optimal item protection. The provided shipping quote includes door-to-door insurance, covering all costs for customs and duties within the U.S.
*Shipping quotes for other regions and specific locations may be provided at a later date, along with the order timeline.
UNPACKING
Due to the delicate and premium nature of these objects, we strongly recommend a careful and deliberate unpacking process. Please avoid using blades or sharp objects to prevent scratches. Unpacking should be done with the chairs in an upright position, and caution should be taken to avoid scuffing the wood surfaces against rough surfaces such as walls and floors.
CLIMATIC EXPOSURE
We emphasize the importance of caring for our wood furniture, especially in extreme cold or hot conditions:
– Wood furniture maintains its integrity best at moderate temperatures.
– Avoid sudden changes in humidity, as they may damage the wood.
– Monitor the humidity in your space and ensure that humidifiers (if needed) are functioning properly, especially during winter months.
– Do not store wood furniture in damp or unprotected areas, such as basements, garages or attics, to prevent premature aging and potential structural damage.
– Avoid excessive heat or dryness, which can cause wood to crack or split. Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources whenever possible.
– Keep furniture at least three feet from heating elements (radiators, heaters, etc.).
– Avoid placing wooden furniture on heated floors without protective, heat-insulating elements.
We are not responsible for improper storage, handling, or lack of appropriate care for the pieces over short or long periods.
CUSTOMER OWN MATERIAL (COM/COL)
Most of our collections accept COM (textiles) and COL (leathers). When placing an order using customer-supplied material, we will reach out via email with quantity requirements and the shipping address for sending your material.
We are not responsible for costs related to acquiring or shipping the materials. We suggest using a formal courier such as FEDEX and the DDP incoterm to ensure expedited delivery.
