SHIPPING

Shipping is included for deliveries within the United States and Canada.
For other regions, any freight differences will be quoted and submitted via email for approval prior to order confirmation. Standard delivery includes front door or curbside service; white glove service is not included but can be quoted upon request. All pieces are shipped fully insured. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included and remain the client’s responsibility, if applicable.

UNPACKING

Avoid using blades or sharp tools that may damage the surface.
Always unpack the items in their upright position and handle them with care to prevent scuffing or scratching against rough surfaces such as floors or walls.

RETURN POLICY

Our items are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, and consequently, we do not entertain returns or cancellations. *The pieces finishes might suffer tonality shifts and nuances brom batch to batch as we work with natural material that variate naturally.
